How to sell

  1. Register and start your ROTATE ROOM.
  2. Create your item listing
    • Select the brand or list as vintage
    • Choose the category
    • Write a clear title and detailed description
    • Choose a sale price - this should be the amount you would like to sell for, as we only operate on a ‘buy now’ basis
    • Include shipping costs or pick-up option
    • Upload quality photos or a video that show a true representation
  3. Wait to sell
    • Vintage items require approval - see our criteria here
    • If your item brand is not listed, select ‘other brand’. This selection requires approval - see our criteria here
    • Manage your items for sale via your ROTATE ROOM account page.
  4. Payment and delivery
  5. Now it is over to you! Ensure any items needing to be shipped are packed well, using old newspapers, towels, tissue paper and sent as soon as possible after you have received payment.
  6. If you are organising a third party to transport the item, make sure you have booked them and contacted the buyer. Communication is key.
  7. Continue the ROTATION.

Listing criteria

  1. Listing a brand

    • If you are listing an item from one of our approved brands, you are ready to ROTATE.
    • If your item brand is not listed, select ‘other brand’ for approval. The ROTATE HQ team will then assess the brand for relevance and suitability.

  2. If your item is vintage, there is an approval process involved.

    • Vintage should be revered for years to come. To ROTATE a vintage item it must meet our standards for quality and condition.
    • ROTATE HQ will assess and review every submission to ensure the item meets our standards.
    • Items listed for approval will be accepted based on what we believe those ROTATING will value.

  3. Please provide as much information as possible about your item during the submission process:

    • Originality
    • Condition
    • Quality
    • Material
    • Era
    • Rarity
    • Style
